    Refunds can be requested only if the order has not been claimed.

    Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    Once an item is claimed, it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the automated nature of our delivery system.
  • Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the request.

Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your payment method statement.
